How To Make a Multicultural Picture or Photo Frame

The short video below shows how to create a multicultural picture frame.  Basically glue a cardboard cutout of a frame to another whole piece of cardboard on 3 sides at the edges, leaving the ability to slide a photo or picture in. Decorate with your choice of colored paper, clippings, objects, ribbon, souvenirs,  etc.  This would be a nice project for a special holiday or a nice project after a field trip or family vacation.
