I then bought him the book "How To Draw Comics The Marvel Way", ISBN 0-671-53077-1, and he really got into the finer details of drawing people. I would say if you child likes to draw anything, no matter how silly it may seem, you should encourage them to keep drawing. Eventually their work may evolve into something requiring more skill.
